When you book a cleaning service with CleanVille, your entire home receives a comprehensive, top-to-bottom clean β€” including your kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.

We also offer a range of optional add-on services to customise your clean, such as:

Deep/Initial Cleaning – Additional time to remove mould, soap scum, heavy dust, or mineral build-up

Do I need to provide cleaning equipment/products?
No, you don’t need to supply anything. Our cleaners bring all the professional cleaning products and equipment required for your service.

If you prefer that we use your own products or equipment instead, just let us know and we’re more than happy to accommodate your preference.
How do I add deep cleaning to my first service only?
If you schedule a regular weekly, fortnightly, or monthly service and include the β€˜deep clean’ extra, it will only apply to your first appointment.

All future recurring cleans will revert to standard general cleaning and will not include the deep clean extra unless you request it again.
How can I book a cleaner?
Just complete the booking form so we can estimate the time required for your clean. Enter your card details and confirm your booking, and we'll assign a skilled, professional cleaner to your service. You’ll then receive an email with full booking confirmation.
Does carpet steam cleaning remove stains?
No β€” professional carpet steam cleaning is not intended for stain removal. Although the process may reduce the appearance of light or recent surface stains, it is not designed to eliminate deep or long-standing marks, and we do not guarantee stain removal.

The true value of carpet steam cleaning lies in its ability to deeply purify your carpets. Using high-temperature steam, the process effectively extracts dust, allergens, pollen, and other impurities embedded within the fibres, restoring freshness and improving overall hygiene.

What's considered an 'area' for carpet steam cleaning?
An β€œarea” refers to any carpeted space measuring up to 10 square metres. This may include a bedroom, living room, dining space, hallway, staircase, foyer, landing, walk-in wardrobe, or any similar carpeted section of your home.

If a carpeted area exceeds 10 square metres, it is counted as two areas. For example, if your open-plan living and dining space measures 12 square metres, please book it as 2 areas.

Here’s another example for clarity:
Suppose your home includes one bedroom measuring 11 square metres, two bedrooms smaller than 10 square metres, a hallway, and a combined living/dining area of 13 square metres. In this case, you would book a total of 7 areas, as follows:

Large bedroom β€” 2 areas

Two standard bedrooms β€” 2 areas

Hallway β€” 1 area

Living/dining area β€” 2 areas

How long would it take to clean my home?
The duration of your service depends on the size and layout of your home. Our system calculates an estimated cleaning time based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you select, along with any additional extras you choose. This helps us ensure that the appropriate time and resources are allocated to deliver an exceptional clean.

Time estimates are not displayed during the online booking process, as they are used internally for scheduling and administration. However, we are happy to provide this information upon request.

Please note that the estimated duration reflects the maximum time allocated for your service. Many of our cleaners are highly skilled, experienced, and efficient, and may complete the full checklist in less time than estimated. As our service is charged per checklist completion β€” not per hour β€” a shorter cleaning time does not qualify for a reduced fee.

Our minimum callout covers up to two hours of labour, ensuring every booking receives a thorough and professional service. In all cases, the minimum charge is equivalent to two hours of labour.
Will it always be the same cleaners who come?
Yes β€” our goal is to provide you with the same trusted cleaning team each time. Consistency is important to us, and we understand how valuable it is for clients to work with cleaners they know and feel comfortable with. In rare cases, we may need to reassign your team β€” for example, if a cleaner relocates or if their performance no longer meets our standards. As long as you're satisfied, your dedicated cleaners will remain assigned to you for as long as possible.

To maintain exceptional quality, we use a structured checklist system and a client rating process. For every general home clean, our cleaners follow a comprehensive checklist designed to deliver a consistently high standard. After each service, you’ll receive an email inviting you to rate your experience and provide feedback directly to your cleaners.

Your feedback plays a key role in ensuring you continue to receive the level of service you expect. If, after three consecutive cleans, you are not completely satisfied, we will happily assign a new cleaning team or allow you to cancel at no cost.
How many cleaners will come to my home?
The number of cleaners assigned to your service depends on availability in your area at the date and time you select. Larger jobs typically require a two-person team to ensure efficiency and attention to detail, while smaller appointments may be completed by a single highly skilled cleaner.

There are certain things we don’t clean or guarantee due to OHS risks, liability risks, and complexity. This includes things such as:
